As we are a new store we currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to change it.

Please email our admin team at with the name and email that the order would have been placed under so we can resend the order or dispatch email to you.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a series of email updates letting you know how your order is tracking. For more information please see our section on backorders tab. Our goal is to keep you informed along the way.

We love offering you opportunities to save on our Mila and Mikki store, and will look to implement several sales throughout the year. Unfortunately, once this promotion has finished, we are unable to activate it again. If you have not already, join our Mila and Mikki VIP’s Facebook group and follow our social media channels to stay up to date with our latest products, promotions, and exclusive offers.

As we change through the sessions some designs may no longer be available from our supplier, but once they are back, we will restock them. Stay tuned on our Mila and Mikki VIP’s Facebook group to find out what new products are coming in.

We have the products to be of true size, but we do encourage you to follow your instincts if your child usually fits slightly bigger or smaller clothing, as all children vary in size.

In this instance we ask that you please return the product to us so we can get the correct item out to you as soon as possible. Once your item has been sent, please send an email to our admin team so they are aware or what you would like to exchange the item for. We ask that you cover the cost to return the product as we will cover the cost to send exchanged item back out to you.

If the gift was purchased on our online store, please contact our admin team so we can assist with the exchange. We will need proof of your purchase or the name of the person who placed the order so we can track the purchase on our system. Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our clothes are designed in the US and meet the standards to be GOTs certified Organic, and made in India.

We are happy to reassure you that both our clothing and Snuggle Me products are GOTs Certified Organic. As we broaden our range, we will be sure to inform your of the products standards so you can make the most informed choice for your family.

We want to bring our Mila and Mikki customers all the best quality and essential products you may need to support your family.
