Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging.

Warranty info for Emilia Bag

 

12-month warranty period

Here at Mila and Mikki we want you to enjoy a product that will last for years to come. We have thoughtfully designed our product to ensure it will bring ease and practicality when carrying out the usual mum tasks. We are confident our product offers high quality and craftmanship with each bag that is made. Therefore we are happy to warrant our bag against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

If your item has been found to have a manufacturers fault within this 12-month period, please contact Mila and Mikki at info@milaandmikki.com with the following info:

 

  • Proof or purchase i.e. invoice
  • Description of the fault
  • Proof of the fault i.e. photos

 

In some cases, we may request that your bag be returned so we can complete our own evaluation of the product. This will help us with future manufacturing and services provided to you. All defective items returned under warranty will be replaced at our own discretion. Postage will be reimbursed under these circumstances.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (I.e. scuffs, scratches).
